If you hear that the cops have been called, go somewhere else within the next few minutes. No, you shouldn't have to, but some people are stupid.And 1050.9(c) is not the name of a rule. It's merely a section number within Volume 21 of the Official Compilation Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York (NYCRR). If you tell a cop that 1050.9(c) permits photography, he won't have any idea what you're talking about and might assume you made it up. |
