If I can recover the pics, I wouldn't need to sue. The idea of a lawsuit is to recover the value of my destroyed property; if my property wasn't really destroyed and can be restored completely, then that's better for everyone. I'd rather have my pics recovered unharmed than win some piddling sum (if anything) after a long legal fight. |
