You're talking about two different systems, farebox vs. POP.Example of farebox: New York City. Your metrocard transfer is good for 2 hours and 18 minutes or something. You can swipe it at any time during that time and then stay in the system for as long as you want. Example of POP: Hudson Bergen line. You can only be on the train for the time your ticket is valid. |
