It has been well documented here in the last week that because of the IRT/BMT connection is out of service at QP for sevral weeks there is a temporarily change of car assignemnts on the IRT. Plus since the IRT is smaller, just 2 basic routes, East Side and West Side with the 2 & 5 sharing common facilities uptown and common facilities shared in Brooklyn with 2,3,4 and 5 put ins and layups coming out of Livonia, if one line is short cars, somebody elses cars being on another line should not be construed as a big deal. This is all I'm saying. It is different in the B divsion.
