That's why I mentioned the C, which also runs 480-foot trains.The D seems to be particularly xenophobic of other cars. I think there's one train on Saturdays and maybe also on Sundays that specifically comes out of the CI-based fleet, and it sometimes uses R-68A's. Aside from that and the baseball specials (which are really relabeled B's), it seems like the D won't run CI-based equipment no matter what, even if it means an ABD. |
