But the twin towers stood empty for 10 years before filling up.Less square footage means the available space fits market conditions better. It means landlords are more likely to get higher rents, which means their return on investment will be higher. So while I agree there was a loss, I do not agree with your current assessment of it. The area will recover in time. |
