Chase was the major tenant at 1 New York Plaza and bought and then sold it in the mid 1990's. Prudential was the buyer. Chase still owns 1 Chase Plaza (with the ugly white concrete statue).Chase also still owns 4 New York Plaza (we obtained it in the merger with Chemical). |
