Chemical was a big leasee, as was DTC. MHT had a small datacenter on the 38th & 39th floors, and occupied the whole of 4 New York Plaza next door. Meanwhile Chase had (some? all?) of 1 New York Plaza, and the building (I forget its address Chase Plaza?) on William St with that ugly white concrete statue outside it.Oh, and let’s not forget 40 Wall St, where MHT did (some of) its securities services processing. That building is a Trump Condo enterprise. The DTC and MHT 40 Wall St moves must have been expensive, as both locations had big securities vaults. |
