No, he's saying that it's physically possible to make your proposed extension, but political and legal hurdles make it practically impossible, and makes much more sense to go to GCT than do nothing at all. And in addition you're getting people to the east side and adding capacity to the LIRR. All very worthwhile.Both of you are saying that a cheaper alternative should be accepted because government agencies can't work together. That's a backwards way of thinking. 2 government agencies should be able to work together for the good of the people. |
