Agreed, they also need to lengthen the 1.5 car long platforms along the line to fit at least 4 cars, even if they have to do it Forest Hills/Kew Gardens-style. In the summer they’ll occasionally run scoots with 3 cars, but the doors won’t even open in the 3rd car except for Ronkonkoma, so a lot of passengers avoid it. |
