Whole cars were not preserved but parts of some of them were. There are 2 WH and one GE controller and 2 ME39 brake valves from the Multis preserved and sitting in my living room. One WH controller and 1 ME39 brake valve are from Multi 7011 which was in the consist of the last 14th/Fulton train to arrive at Lefferts on the last day of BMT service. Another railfan now living in San Fransisco has, or at least had, one of the mechanical sign boxes that was used to display the side signs on thr Multi units.
