Is the Silver Line now the longest line?Yes, the total length of the Silver line is 40.5 miles between Ashburn and Largo. The length of the Silver line branch from Ashburn to its junction with the Orange line east of the West Falls Church is 8 miles less then total length of the 31.5 mile long Red line.
