I didn't see why Jay Street (A/C/F) and Lawrence Street (R/W) had to be renamed either when they were connected inside of fare control. However Bleecker Street (6) and Broadway-Lafayette (B/D/F/M) still retained their original names even after the latest reconstruction project was completed. I guess some people at the MTA have to justify their existence. |
