That would refer to the IRT station, thus it will always be "Bleecker Street". Oddly, the full time booth (#R217A) is on the uptown side of the station on the south end at Houston Street.Ironically, the letters in the name of "Broadway" on the pre-fab panels on the IND station of Broadway-Lafayette are this same number as that of "Bleecker" (eight of them each). MTA NYCT could get creative, but knowing they will not, is drilling out the "Broadway" squares, and putting in "Bleecker" instead. Could be confusion as Bleecker Street is parallel to Houston Street, and runs the length between Bowery and 6th Avenue, them bends in a northwest direction continuing way up to 8th Avenue, passing 7th Avenue South as one of the side streets.   -William A.
