It goes back even further to the GOH programs. One should ask why they took out the end door emergency release switches. One video in the shooting car, a B car, shows passengers crying to knock on the conductor's door which would not be there. With the smoke bombs, a clear emergency would allow for anyone to cross from car to car. The R32s or NTTs would not be a death trap. With the Tuffak windows and ceramic non fra door glazing and lack of emergency door release mechanisms, the R46s after all this time are now proven as potential death traps |
