Somewhat.As an all local..rush hour only service..it did little to help the Jamaica line..or relieve any service on the Queens Blvd subway. When the BJ tracks were opened,the TA should have made the KK the 24 hour service..the QJ the part time to Coney Island and the M the full service to Broad st. |
