You are so very correct. I do not support this. But, you really have to understand Trump. He will make a proposal like this, put every one in a tizzy, and then learn what their opinions are.

Well the Donald is (and has to be) adamant about building the wall.

And New York is adamant about new tunnels. Chuck E Schumer is going to have to capitulate on the wall if he wants a tunnel. And Donny is strong enough to make it work.
