Isn't there at present some underuse of R68As? I seem to have gotten that impression looking at the JoeKorner website. If that is the case, the shortage might not be as bad. Also, perhaps they can do some intense maintenance to get a higher percentage of R32s on the road for the morning rush. Even with all this, though, there would still be a pinch to have enough cars on the road for the morning rush, as you indicate. |
