Yes, those curves need to go away. It is warehouses and junk commercial in a blighted area should be easy to condemn, assuming Nutter does not make an issue.

FRA is mandating both curves be reduced to 45MPH, immediately, and enforced by ordinary cab signals. The preceding block cannot remain at 125MPH. Think timed-signals approaching the Crescent Street curve.
