The ALP45DP's were made for the tunnel, which governor Fatso cancelled. No tunnel, no need for them. Also, they should have just electrified outwards in the first place, not bought those awesome, but nonetheless absurdly expensive and complicated contraptions. At least they are true dual modes, unlike the P32's. |
