Are you sure there was no ticket machine at Bridge Jay? I used to railfan the Myrtle but always got on at either Wyckoff from the LL or Bway from the Jamaica Line and got the A train at Bridge Jay. (I lived on Long Is even then and used to spend whole days railfanning) I was just a teen and would never pay another fare. (Unless I hopped the turnstile, LOL) |
