Of course, with the ALP-45DP now in service, it could be possible to ressurect these trains operating to/from NYP and even through the CCCT; but I doubt that NJT and SEPTA would get together on such a project.

Oh yea, add CSX to those two & you have the Three Stooges on that route :o)
