Well the work loads have increased, and that is to be expected. Yes, each individual employee is responsible for getting a good amount to rest in order to be fully sharp to perform duty. But the reality of the world is that time is short and the time is fast, and yes you still have to live life and get things done, especially for family people like myself. While I admit I have pushed rest, I never allow myself to ever wear myself out and not get proper rest to the point where it can have detrimental effect on my duties. One has to find their balance when it comes to rest, amd a good balance at that. |
