I figured that as soon as I heard about the accident. As tragic as it was I honestly don't think it warrants any criminal charges and feel bad for him. It's an accident. Unfortunately it's going to be handled by the Bronx DA and I feel he's going to go for blood because of all the publicity, just like that bus driver last year. |
