That's not something to celebrate.If it were to come out that he was under the influence while on the job -- then, sure, rip him to shreds and charge him as a criminal. If he's just a guy who screwed up by being 12 MPH over MAS and also losing track of where he was then I'd go a bit easy on the crucifixion. |
