The R-40 slants were designed without A/C and 300 were delivered that way. The last 100 had the A/C added much the same way that the R-32 had its A/C added - pipes and components placed where it was convenient. Now you do GOH and add A/C to the other 300 cars. Wouldn't it make sense that the A/C be added in the same configuration that was used on the other 100 cars? |
