I am just saying that Bill said he saw no difference in the 2 groups of R40's. That would be a good scientific sampling to prove the OEM/Retrofit theory one way or another.Then there is the Phase I verses Phase II issue. Was there an issue more with the ones on the C than the ones on the E, or vice versa ? There has never been a push to get another SMEE subway car with retrofit AC outside except the R32. |
