Posted by chuchubob on Thu Feb 21 18:25:29 2013 I arrived at the Fort Lauderdale Amtrak/Tri-Rail station at noon to photograph the two Tri-Rail trains at 12:08 and 12:09 prior to photographing Amtrak train 92 Silver Star at 12:30.train P623   train P622   When the Silver Star failed to appear, I called Julie and discovered that train 92 had departed one hour earlier than the timetable schedule because of CSX track work. My disappointment paled into insignificance compared with that of the dozen-plus passengers with luggage waiting on the platform. |
