Unless one was exceptionally athletic, using the partially severed stairways would've been very hard.Obviously, that stairway at the Metropolitan Avenue station (the one in the picture I posted) wasn't like that. The stairway was only partially severed like that because it was being demolished at the time (in late 1990). |
