A full FRA rehab is less than a day's "noise" in DOD spending waste.I KNEW you couldn't resist a shot at a branch you ain't happy with. It don't work like that...this is about a steam engine being restored with taxpayer money, which I think is not the taxpayer's gig. Leave the rest of it out & focus on that. If you don't like DOD that is for another forum. |
