Posted by Dave on Fri Sep 14 11:23:13 2012, in response to The latest "final" track plan of the HO layout, posted by Dave on Thu Sep 13 16:44:00 2012. Instead of the mine branch diverging off the main west of the through yard, the gandy dancers have the branch coming off of 3 Track, with a crossover to the main. Now the branch can be worked into and out of the yard without fouling traffic on the main. 3 Track still can be used for through operations when 1 Track is occupied, if the mine job is up working at the mine.
