I think the R32s introduced the simplified "Broadway Local" and "Broadway Express" side scrolls, instead of the more informative "Broadway-4th Av Local" or "Broadway-Sea Beach Express" of the R27/30s.I recall thinking that visitors would find it confusing that both the #1 and R trains were both just "Broadway Locals". |
