And that's the entire ROW too. There are no privately owned segments as the article suggests. Even the infamous apartment parking lot, and schoolbus lot is STILL owned by the DSAC, assumingly renting those locations to them. The only segment that is not labeled as DCAS is the Forest Park Segment which states ownership as "Department of Transportation".The ROW is intact in ownership, and all city owned. |
