On a similar note, has anyone *ever* used <STRONG> and <EM>?You have to if you want to be by-the-book standards compliant (ie: making a website for a college course, or for a government entity). I know a few web content people who rage at the improper use of <b>. The benefit of those tags is the behavior can be modified easily via stylesheet; if you did that with <b> you would be redefining the meaning of the word bold. |
