Ding!I can only speak for the 3rd Avenue Bronx line since I lived there ... I only joyrided the Myrt. But the trains were awful far apart on the Myrt and still largely empty. As to the 3rd Avenue El though, it was painful to ride if you had to be there at a reasonable time. Seemed as though trains were a half hour apart most of the time and slow as molasses when a train finally showed up. I think you're on to something there ... |
