At THIS point,I doubt it.I have a hard time believing that Phase 3 will ever get built. If it were cut and cover..sure it wouldnt take half as long..but this TBM stuff..THATS what driving up expenses.. What they should have done is go for the NO FRILLS VERSION..simular to the 8TH AVENUE subway..no muss no fuse. Extensions to Brooklyn and The Bronx? Dont see that happening anytime soon[remember,the SAS build out was set for 2020!] |
