The intersection of Amber Street and Loring Avenue has two levels, the west/south upper level and east/north lower level, with no connection.Wow. I just looked that up on Streetview. It's a bit of a contrast. The upper level is a tidy, if quiet neighborhood. The lower level is virtually a wilderness. |
