Proper set-backs are a triumph of planning. It doesn't mean that anything was built, but if they do ever build something, they don't need to demolish anything!

I worked with a Bus Operator who was formerly a Trackman. He swore the work train he was on once went out to Springfield Boulevard, because the trip past 179 took so long. Either the T/O was really dogging it, or the Trackman nodded off (too many diesel fumes).

This is similar to the stories of people who "saw" 76th St.
