The Judge pushed back his sentencing to After the Election,which he should Not have done, but it's pretty obvious he gave in to political pressure. Bottom line, you desperate despicable bastard, is the fact that he's been found Guilty on All charges in That case, guilty in Another case, And found liable in TWO other cases. He's a fuck up, guilty as sin. You counting on the Appeals Court to exonerate him shows Your lack of character, and the fucking criminal within You. Everything he's been charged with, And found guilty over,has been supported by the evidence presented. Unlike Trump's full page spread calling for the execution of those five young men accused of "wilding" in Central Park, and "rapping" some women. They spent years in prison, only to be set free because of how the Police Department denied them their Constitutional rights, fabricated evidence,lied about them. They practically forced confession from them, without Any representation. DNA evidence proved them not guilty, the fella who actually committed the crime confessed, and the City of New York had to pay them a sum of 41 million dollars to settle. Trump didn't recognize the Now City Council member,who is one of the Central Park Five,who stood back in the SPIN room as he tried to do damage control after his debate collapse. Trump Again attacked them, using the same language, and intent. The Council Member had enough, and promptly filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump, for defamation of Character,in Pennsylvania. Where was the justice for those young men, some who didn't even know each other until That night? Moreover,the woman who said she was raped Didn't say a word to defend them,as she knew it was ONE PERSON WHO HARMED HER. Who paid Her off to keep silent all that time? Did Those young men get to post bond,hang out with homies,run all over the country? Did They get special privileges? We're They able to run Free after being arrested? How is it possible, to be Arrested in New York, Georgia And Washington DC,on a bunch of felony charges,post bond, and Still not get a trial date? How do you stand trial,be found guilty of EVERY SINGLE FELONY COUNT, and you still are walking freely after months. Now 🫠 You can sit there and make up whatever fucking excuses you like to defend your bullshit, you bastard. But as I've said, you fucking devils thrive off the hellish bullshit You speak. (And yes, I would be considered by the Court to be an expert in what I'm about to say, whether you want to disagree with me or not). Those Central Park mopes weren't innocent at all. It just happened that another mope also confessed to the unknown DNA that they collected at rhe time (remember, DNA testing was still pretty new in 1989 was nowhere as advanced as it is today, plus the DNA evidence from them wasn't done in great detail, as they caught one, and he quickly tatted out the others. ALL of them gave details to the police that no one else could have possibly known. They ALL confessed to it. Remember, Justice is a "game", so when that new mope also confessed to raping Patricia that night (by now, everyone knows her name) years later in prison, sharp lawyers finagled a way to get their clients to be cleared of the charges, based on the evidence from Reyes, the perp in prison. So there was much ballyhoo about it, and one of our esteemed brain surgeon juries acquitted them, decades later. Remember the old adage: Just because someone is found guilty, doesn't mean he did it. Just because someone is found not guilty, doesn't mean he didn't do it" <<I eagerly await your response. And BTW, THEY wanted to wait until after the Election, not the Trump team, who wanted all charges dropped. |
