(And yes, I would be considered by the Court to be an expert in what I'm about to say, whether you want to disagree with me or not). Those Central Park mopes weren't innocent at all. It just happened that another mope also confessed to the unknown DNA that they collected at rhe time (remember, DNA testing was still pretty new in 1989 was nowhere as advanced as it is today, plus the DNA evidence from them wasn't done in great detail, as they caught one, and he quickly tatted out the others. ALL of them gave details to the police that no one else could have possibly known. They ALL confessed to it. Remember, Justice is a "game", so when that new mope also confessed to raping Patricia that night (by now, everyone knows her name) years later in prison, sharp lawyers finagled a way to get their clients to be cleared of the charges, based on the evidence from Reyes, the perp in prison. So there was much ballyhoo about it, and one of our esteemed brain surgeon juries acquitted them, decades later. Remember the old adage: Just because someone is found guilty, doesn't mean he did it. Just because someone is found not guilty, doesn't mean he didn't do it" <<I eagerly await your response. And BTW, THEY wanted to wait until after the Election, not the Trump team, who wanted all charges dropped. |
