She's the exact opposite of this. She never, ever uses inflamatory language. Read her blog. Disagree with her positions on issues, but don't dare classify her as an insulting nutjob. She's no Pat Robertson. If she was, I would not like her. if you read the ny post you need your head checked. I'd still read it over the NY Times, the most biased newspaper in town that you have to pay for. |

I love and respect the government, but it shouldn't be completely trusted. The news is supposed to be the fourth estate monitoring and reporting on the actions of our leaders. When they decide not to that for financial reasons we need to find alternative ways to get that information. Luckily it's pretty easy to do in this day and age. |

That's just a label that the media and politicians use to cause divisiveness within the country.Even the label "conservative" means something very different to so called conservatives around the country. For example a conservative in Orange County, CA (fiscal conservative) has very little in common with a conservative in Texas (social conservative). The genius of the Republican party has been to unite these disparate groups under the same umbrella. It's very similar to what the Dems were able to do back in the day. The media that you cite have been accused of being anti-USA because of their investigative journalism. The job of the media should be to question the government and expose the truth. Otherwise we might as well have some state run newspaper spoon feeding us the government position on all of the issues. We almost have that now with CNN, FoxNews, MSNBC, etc. |
