I believe that biden took documents that as vice president, he was not entitledvto take. He kept them in an unsecured facility. He allowed people who had no security clearance to see and handle the documents. Yet you see no problem.

Besides, isn't there a little something called the Presidential Records Act that allows former presidents to keep classified documents? Doesn't Obama have hundreds of classified documents in archive boxes in a warehouse somewhere in Chicago? Sure, thats OK. But since were dealing with Trump here and he wants his old job back, they must do everything they can to stop him.

No. Maybe the National Archives has classified documents related to the Obama Administration in a secure warehouse. But Obama doesn't.

And any classified documents stored by the National Archives are only accessible by people with the appropriate security clearance. If Obama doesn't have a clearance any more he can't look at them.
