Has that been positively identified as the documents in question? Besides, isn't there a little something called the Presidential Records Act that allows former presidents to keep classified documents? Doesn't Obama have hundreds of classified documents in archive boxes in a warehouse somewhere in Chicago? Sure, thats OK. But since were dealing with Trump here and he wants his old job back, they must do everything they can to stop him.
Prediction: he'll beat this. There will be no conviction, no fines or jail. Then its on to the next stop Donald attack.
