Aggressor was promising to kill someone if he didn't get food. Force was required. Yes, I wish he had used a different restraining hold but I guess he felt his life was in danger.

Thank God it's that high, or else things would be so much worse. If cities like Atlanta, Memphis, and New Orleans had similar stats their crime would be lower. Sadly they don't. Anyway as bad as NYC is, we can thank God for an Irish-Catholic immigrant named Michael Higgins(Anglo Irish last name) who fathered Margaret Louise Higgins, who founded Planned Parenthood. Hopefully this young man won't go to jail.

IDK how true this is, or if a DA can legally do that. But the bottom line is the passengers in that car were severely verbally threatened. Their lives were endangered by the words they were hearing. I have no doubt that virtually all the protesting thugs, especially those who were on the tracks at Lex/63rd, hardly if ever use the subway. Rather they are great customers of Uber/Lyft. Penny deserves to to acquitted by the jury by reasons of self defense.

It is completely fair for Penny to answer questions (or refuse) at the police station. Obviously if the investigation leads them to suspect that the killing was unjustified then he should be charged.
