I heard on one of the all news stations on Tuesday that Bragg bypassed the Grand Jury and indicted Penny on his own. IDK how true this is, or if a DA can legally do that.But the bottom line is the passengers in that car were severely verbally threatened. Their lives were endangered by the words they were hearing. I have no doubt that virtually all the protesting thugs, especially those who were on the tracks at Lex/63rd, hardly if ever use the subway. Rather they are great customers of Uber/Lyft. Penny deserves to to acquitted by the jury by reasons of self defense. |
