It wasn't fraud. I would never vote for her, but her district is designed so that it goes for whomever has a (D) next to his/her name.

mtk was talking about the general (since everyone has a D next to their name in the primary, which was the real upset). Luch is conflating the primary and the general in one post.

Both times more people voted in the Primary for the Democrats than voted for the Republican in the General Election. While that is not, in and of itself, proof of absence of fraud, it does show that the district skews HEAVILY towards Democrats.
