People seem to miss the point here. The point is that your identity on other matters is much more predictive of your political views than it used to be. This is a factor in supposed "polarization" because if your political views are tied into your innate identity, they're harder to change. |

I like those quizes where they try to make the parties sound like they stand for something on policies, yet when i see the unhinged Omar or Talib or Kiasich or Hilarity, they seem to stand for nothing in the quizes and their quotes go against the results.So, thank Gd that I got paywalled on this one. But I'm trying to figure out how you can be classified as a Dem if you're Straight, and Male. I would've figured you'd be done in at least 2 questions. |

There is no simple answer to what you asked. Question 1 basically asks if you are Hispanic or African American. Question 2 depends on answer to Question 1. Question 3 depends on the answer to Questions 1 & 2. That continues for the entire quiz. Depending on how you answered there may be very few questions or there may be more. I did not run every permutation. |
