News is news. When I was in college taking journalism, the news was supposed to be unbiased and down the middle and just the facts, a la Walter Cronkite. Have weed evolved as a society so much that if you have a certain political stance, you just don't believe certain news networks? That is ridiculous! If I saw something on the news that CNN reported or MSNBC or I read the New York Times, and I didn't agree with it, I would do further research to see whether or not they were correct, or I was correct. I wouldn't just scream out fake news! Look at the sources! I don't believe them! That's just baby bullshit.

I've said here a thousand times before, but I guess it Bears repeating again because it doesn't penetrate certain people's skulls here on this board. I don't watch Fox News, every once in a while I watch Watters World because I like the way he is a wiseass. All of them that, I don't watch the network news as a rule. However, if I do, I would watch MSNBC or CNN because it's entertaining to me to see these grown people crying like little babies over the president. When I bring up stuff like this, I'm just being a devil's advocate, I want people to think for themselves.

There are Breitbart and other conservative media articles stating so.

Obama got criticized from the Left for deporting more than Bush. But Trump has abused the cages, used them for LEGAL asylum, has no use for federal laws, held children for too long, unable to reunite, and would do it again in a hearbeat. That is where he crossed the line of inhumanity. Add in all his and Jeff Sessions rhetoric that they are animals and scum, and you see where his behavior is derived.

No I don't. I do think they should get to live once born however. Better with parents, a parent, extended family or some caring individual(s), NOT in internment orphanages.

In the course of six weeks (IIRC) Obama's INS got 30,000 unaccompanied minors (one of the earlier caravans) housed, fed and out to relatives or foster homes. All were processed through the asylum process within the legally prescribed year.

Face it, trump's racism, his hateful policies and unwillingness to actually DO something about the conditions which have spurred the need for these caravans to begin with, is only serving to enlarge this problem, the caravans and all these asylum cases. These are not stupid people. They come bearing proof of the conditions of their lives in their villages to present as documentation at the border when they apply for asylum.
