Some left wing Americans want more stringent limits on what might constitute free speech. The same is true of some right wing Americans. Then there are also idiots on both sides who don't think through the consequences of what they are asking for. Most Americans are OK with it the way it is.None of it matters because the first amendment isn't going anywhere anytime soon. The biggest change that has happened since Joe McCarthy was in the Supreme Court deciding in Citizens United that corporations are people with first amendment rights too. |

It was she who refused that "reasonable accomodation."Davis first insisted that her deputies could not issue a license. The truck drivers in the case you cited didn't insist that no one from the trucking company could deliver liquor. |
