Exactly analagous to the Kim Davis situation. If Kim Davis had said, I won't issue gay marriage lioenses, my deputies will, it all would have been over in an instant. It was she who refused that "reasonable accomodation."Davis first insisted that her deputies could not issue a license. The truck drivers in the case you cited didn't insist that no one from the trucking company could deliver liquor. |
